The other day we discussed how "on this day in history" Thurgood Marshall was the first African-American appointed as a Justice in the Supreme Court. The question then came up, "Is he still alive today?" So kiddos, is he still alive? If not, what year did he pass? What is an interesting fact about Thurgood Marshall you can find and share with us?
